You’ve probably heard this before, but it needs to be repeated: Playing is a child’s work. Children discover everything in the course of play, from building relationships, to spatial thinking, to verbal communication. Your child is by no means merely playing – no matter what they are playing at; little by little their games help them to form lasting behaviors and skills.
